If you break down, have a collision or can’t start your van, call MobiloVan and a Mercedes-Benz trained technician with an average response time of less than 60 minutes will arrive in a van stocked with Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts. No-one is better placed to get your business moving again, faster – with an average roadside repair rate of 80%, you’ll be moving again in no time.

Round the clock Dealer Network to maximise uptime.

Our 100-strong, nationwide Dealer Network works round the clock to keep businesses moving. When your Citan needs servicing or attention, we work around you – on average, workshops are open up to 100 hours a week, over 90% of Dealers operate at least two shifts a day and over one third are open 24 hours a day throughout the working week. Maximum capacity combined with state-of-the art technology, Mercedes-Benz trained technicians and an on-site stock of GenuineParts – it’s all designed to minimise downtime and keep your van out on the road earning its keep.

Our Van ProCenter Dealer Excellence programme recognises approved Dealerships that go further to meet the needs of customers. Extended opening hours, strict staff training guidelines, a dedicated van specialist for every area of the business - from bodybuilding to fleet sales - and a wide selection of demonstration, display and used vans are just some of the 50 standards we expect our Van ProCenters to meet.

The Mercedes-Benz Van Service Care Plan offers a flexible way to pay for up to 6 services in advance, supporting your cash flow without extending your credit lines and saving your business money. If you prefer to pay as you go, the National Service Price at participating Mercedes-Benz Vans Dealers means a flat national labour rate and set oil and parts pricing - from £8 per month**.
