What can I request?
Amend your payment details
Amend your payment details

You need to let us know at least ten days in advance of your next payment date so that we have enough time to change your bank details. This will help you avoid penalty charges from your bank.

Changes to your personal details

If you change your name or move house, you need to let us know so that we can keep you up to date with your finance account.

Change of registration
Change of registration

If you have changed your registration plates, you need to let us know right away so that we can update our records. This will help us provide a faster, more efficient service when you need assistance in the future.

If you want to authorise another person to speak or write to us on your behalf regarding your finance agreement.

If you would like your VAT invoice for the coming year, you can complete a request form and we will post your invoice to you.

Mileage increase request
Clearance request

Let us know and submit a mileage increase request, we’ll send a quote for you to sign. Once this is returned we will amend your agreement. Please note, there is a £50 + VAT administration charge for an increase request.

If you want to know if the finance is clear on your vehicle; please get in touch. We will confirm whether this has been paid in full or tell you how much needs to be paid in order to clear the finance agreement.
